Just got home from the inlaws and it safe to say spring is finally here.  No snow out there at all,  it was nice to see.

Day four of the new job starts tomorrow and all is going well.   The new computer system didn't  like me, lots of problems, but other than that it seems to be coming tougether. Sure lots of new shit to learn.

Well, Well, what do we have here? Is this Brents return to Blogging?  Many of you will ask, where did you go?  why would you stop typing such wonderful inspiritions?  What is happening in your life?  The answer is quite simple, just didn't feel like it!  But all that will soon change just like the many happenings right now.  Its been one hell of a winter, way too much snow for me. Luckily PD keep me full of Pils. on Fridays and Wednesdays!  Been hangin out in the house working on my newest hobby, homebrewing. That chews up some time. Other than that, I start the different  job this Wednesday as the newest purchaser for Bourgault Ind.  Looking forward to it. Way easier on  the back.  Kids are good, wife is good , whiskey is good.  That all I know!

another great long weekend has came and went, damn!

it was a good one though, lots of lake activities, which is what we wanted being that our summer is slowly winding down

beer consumption has been at an all time high this year which leads me to think its time to really consider brewing my own! should be

interesting!

 

help, holidays have come and gone, went too fast once again, dammit anyways.

back at her this Monday.

Managed to get lots of fishing in, hardly any of the home projects seemed to get done though, funny how that works!

makes me wonder if I really needed to take all of those afternoon naps. probally did, thats what I'll tell myself!

off to a bday party tonight, gonna fill the tummy with booze and cake.  As for tomorrow, probally catch up on some movies, starchioce gave us some free movie channels for the month, god bless those monkeys!!

Godsmack concert Sunday night was one hell of a fathers day present.  The show totally kicked ass!

Still headbangin today yet, loved it, just damn hell loved it!

yepper, the title says it all.  Little ladies turn 2 on Friday, I figured its time to put my baking skills to good use.

The gals should have lots of fun.  All their little buds will be over, should be a good shaker!

What to do next........think I'll go sew some jeans or something.   NOT!

wow, what week! its been go go go lately!

every night this week has had something going on and I can tell, I went to bed at 8:30 last night and was totally out.  Had to spend the day at work and do parts dept, ot's a good thing though!

even this typing tires me, im off for a tubby!

The weekend turned out to be a busy one. Went out to Watrous and up a vehicle that caters to the whole family. Can't wait till the next roadtrip, I'm sure all of us won't want to choke each other near as much.

Love the new purchase though, lots of room, enough passing power, its all good.

 

After all that we headed to Brieux for supper with friends, followed that with beer drinking and hangin out.  Good times!

 

Sunday rolls around and I even have enough ambition to tackle more baseboards. Just the bathroom left now.

Yep, no rest for the wicked.

Well folks, I'm sure you've been waiting for news on the GA. Things are looking good.

The motors in, just some small things to work on yet.  If things go well, she will be back in action by tomorrow. Lets keep our fingers crossed! 

On another happy note I think the Katana will soon return to the pavement.  Had it out the other day and it running excellent.  Can't wait to make a mile!

what a day, what a day.

well, I'm not one to post much for personal issues that go on in Benderland, but today is an exception

as many of you know, my wife went in for surgery today, she had been suffering from abdominal pain on and off for the last while.

leading up to this was stressful, all the unknown can really play on the mind, but, I definately had my game face on throughout

so this morning they did the laparoscopy, and found out all is well, and when the doctor sat down and gave me all the info, I could have gave him a great big hug!

so my sweetiebear is going to be ok, she's pretty sore and moving a little slow, but she'll come around, looks like I'm gonna take care of my little gals tomorrow which is totally fine with me, im sure work won't go anywhere till I get back.
